January 2011. A moth was found attacking coconut leaves in East Godavari district of Andhra Pradesh, India. An identification was requested. It is also found on weeds and intercrops. The moth was seen before in 2004. What may be an Apanteles was collected.
It was said to be an Acria species (Lepidoptera, Oecophoridae, Xylorectinae), identified from oil palm by the British Museum.
